I had 2 of these. The first one got destroyed by a bear. That’s understandable. I saved anything that was salvageable and used the second feeder. It does exactly what you claim by training the squirrels to stay away. Unfortunately, the 2nd one would not stand up to a raccoon. The coon must have jumped in it enough to break the chain and when it hit the ground, cracked the top and the inside seed baffles. Any chance of getting it replaced??

What a great product !!!!!! I have received two of these great feeder’s. The first one was a gift from the inventor himself. Unfortunately a bear ripped it out of the tree and broke it. When he seen me again he asked how I liked it. I told him what happened. He went straight back to his car and handed me ANOTHER FEEDER!!! What a great man you are Mike, thank you so much for everything!!!

I had the opportunity to meet the man behind the Squirrel Boss at my place of employment. He actually gave me my first feeder for FREE!! He even autographed the box. I was so excited to bring it home for my mother and father Inlaw’s house because of there issues they were having with seed missing all the time. They Loved it!! Then something knocked it out of there tree and the base broke. The owner came into my job again and when I told him what happened, he went to his car and handed me another one to replace it. Wow what a great guy . Thank you Mike for everything!!! My Father Inlaw and I are amazed by your generosity and kindness thank you again.

This is a great product and works exactly as described. It has really helped to keep the squirrels out of our bird seed. The owner of the company is fantastic and is really focused on customer service. He addresses any issues right away. The squirrels managed to chew into the battery compartment in lieu of the seed and he replaced it right away. I look forward to putting this feeder out each year!

We got our squirrel boss a few weeks ago and LOVE it!! Did not take long for the birds to find out and tell all their friends. We also had our first furry contestant within the first hour. Zapped him and he did not return the rest of that day. LOL. It will be fun to see what birds the feeder attracts once the snow starts falling here in NH.
